Back in January we did an emergency stabilization of this historic building.
The owner wanted us to mill logs he found and this week we pulled the termite damaged summers,corbels and post.

We are very excited to start cutting this white pine frame.
The footings are ready and the basement walls will be next.
If you are in the greater Lynchburg area and want to get some hands on timber experience. We had plan to do this frame as a work

This job has been in the works for a bit. Sometimes it’s like that.
We did the trusses and installed the SIPs (structural insulated panels)
